On the bottom of each page there is a link "Contact Support / Report Bug". Clicking this link takes the user to a generic help page.
The intention of this help page is a set of instructions on how end-users can obtain support. Note this is a resource to instruct users on how to obtain first-level support.
Normally this page would instruct users to call the Help Desk or PC Hotline, what ever your users would normally do to obtain first level support. Some organizations instruct users to call the Fleet Office (as project sponsors or champions).
To edit the content on the page:
- Click SysAdmin
- Click 'Edit Content - Support page' found on the right-hand side, mid way down the page.
- You will be presented with a mini word-processor where you can type your content.
- Click Save.
