Do you get this error screen when saving the booking email template?
The server sees the contents of the template as "potentially dangerous". Scary! Not really, its just because the template has some HTML code in it, like "<" and ">" symbols so the server thinks you are trying to hack it.
You'll need to refer this to your IT specialist as there is a file on your server that needs to be altered.
Techo's, this bit is for you:
- In the application root folder, open in Notepad the file Web.Config
- Find the entry "httpRuntime" and ensure it looks like this. The important bit is the "requestValidationMode" attribute:
<httpRuntime maxRequestLength="8192" executionTimeout="14400" requestValidationMode="2.0" />
- Next, find the "pages" entry and ensure the attribute "validateRequest" is set to false. If your pages entry does not have this attribute, add it in:
<pages theme="Default" enableEventValidation="false" validateRequest="false" controlRenderingCompatibilityVersion="3.5" clientIDMode="AutoID">
- Save the file.
- Try saving the template again. If it still does not work, please raise a ticket and we can examine your file.
