We have a new full time developer, Gaurang, based in our office to work along side the other remote developers and yours truly (Kurt here). Gaurang has a Masters from Deakin and received a scholarship to study here from India.
Steven has also joined our company in the role of Customer Success Manager. With a background in project implementation and customer support for fraud detection systems plus Quality Assurance (QA) manager, Steve is a natural fit for our software and hardware product lines.
In this role Steven will be triaging and solving support tickets, helping customers with new implementation projects and assisting customers to extract more value from the PoolCar platform.
These hires are in line with significant growth in the past 12 months with the signing of a large number of new customers.
Our long awaited 'Version 3' key cabinets have started shipping and we have nearly completed the back-orders. To date cabinets have been shipped to far away places such as Bundaberg in Queensland, Auckland NZ, Canada and the United States.
Some customers are already using them in Production environments, meaning users are now interacting with the cabinet to take/return keys.
As the end of the financial year 2016 is approaching, if you are lucky enough to have surplus budget, sales information can be found here for delivery before 30th June.

Enhancements and Bug Fixes
- Outlook calendars showing the incorrect event organizer, if the Application Settings are configured to show bookings as originating from the Primary contact.
- Speed improvement to the Internal Charging Report. Also bug fix on cost centre codes that were upper/lower case not being matched.
- Where a customer had changed the terminology from the default "Booking" to something else, i.e. "Reservation", some pages were still referring to Booking.
- Bug fix where under certain circumstances, not even Sysadmins could make bookings on behalf of other users.
